About our Lace Group

The goals of our group are to make lace, share what we know about making lace, and be a support group for each other.  We are very informal at our meetings.

We would love to have you join us if you’re in the area.

We are a group of ladies from all over Northwest Arkansas, Oklahoma and Missouri.  In our group, members have all levels of abilities and a wide variety of interests in lace.  Some of our members are beginners, and we help and advise them as they bring their problems to the group.

We meet at the Meeting Hall of the Shiloh Museum in Springdale the first Saturday of most months from about 10:00 – 1:30 noon.  Find us on Face Book for our most recent updates of activities and meetings.

    • Hi
I’m trying to price out a friend’s mother’s lace pillows and bobbins – Any suggestions on who I would contact?

I think there might be a problem with the link from IOLI. When I use the bookmark from the address you gave me it works fine. When I try to use the link on the IOLI website, I don’t get to this site and can’t find the right link from the woodpress site to get here. Otherwise it is great.

I am looking for the “Old Tree” pattern that Lenka used to have as a free download on her website. She said she no longer has it, but that various lace guilds do. Do you have access to it? Thanks for your help.

If you’re going to be out this way, leave a note here, which should be forwarded to one of our members, or contact me at:

Is this group still active? When is your next meeting? Please let me know.

    • dogwoodlace said,

Yes. We are a small active group. We meet the 1st Saturday of most months at 10:00 at the Art’s Center of the Ozarks in Springdale. We plan to meet at that time in April May and June for sure. Occasionally we need to change our meeting time because of holiday conflicts or conflicting commitments of the ACO.

We’d love to have you join us

Hello! I wonder if your organization can help me find a bobbin lace instructor in NW Arkansas. I love tatting but am ready to move up to bobbin lace making.

    Thank you

I will ask the Guild if anyone is able to come that day, and will get back to Karen. Thank you for thinking of us.
